Happy Hour
Ideally we would meet once or twice a month at different local cocktail lounges or breweries. It seems like there are always new places in NWA popping up, so it would be great to try some newer places, along with some more established favorites. Patio weather will be a consideration when planning as well. Please consider this small group if you would like to form connections with beverage in hand! About Mary, the leader of the group: I am a 47 year old single mother of two teen boys, and I enjoy meeting up with friends for cocktails or beer.

Healthy Living
Sharing ideas of healthy living habits to help each other obtain a healthier lifestyle. This would be anything that could bring a positive outcome (but not giving any medical advice). Some ideas are: using products with less toxins (like shampoos, lotions, laundry detergents, etc.), juicing, making smoothies, walking/hiking, yoga, meditation, anti-inflammatory recipes, stretching, grounding work. These topics would be incorporated with activities at places like possibly the wellness shop, a juice bar, a hiking trail, Beaver Lake, etc.
